Solas Funding LLC ("Solas Funding", "we", "us" or "our") is an independent Florida-based Independent Sales Organization (ISO) that helps established businesses explore commercial funding options. Solas Funding is not a lender or a funder. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through www.solasfunding.com (the "Site") and through our origination process.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

Contact details — name, business name, email address, telephone number and business address.
Business information — industry, state of operation, time in business, ownership details, estimated monthly revenue and the purpose of the funding sought.
Application and supporting documents — completed applications, business bank statements, government-issued identification, voided business checks, proof of ownership and similar documentation you provide so that a submission can be prepared.
Communications — the content of emails, calls, text messages and web forms you send us.

Information collected automatically

Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring pages and the dates and times of visits.
Cookies and similar technologies — used to operate the Site, remember preferences and measure traffic. See section 8.

3. How we use information

To assess preliminary eligibility against current funding-partner screening guidelines.
To prepare, assemble and submit a funding application to independent third-party funding partners on your behalf.
To communicate with you about your enquiry, your application and any offers received.
To verify identity, prevent fraud, and meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.
To operate, secure, maintain and improve the Site and our services.

4. How we share information

We share information only as necessary, and specifically:

Funding partners. With independent third-party funding partners for the purpose of underwriting and evaluating your application. Each funding partner is an independent controller of the information it receives and handles it under its own privacy practices. Funding partners may also obtain information about you or your business from third-party data sources for underwriting, identity verification, fraud prevention, due diligence or related evaluation purposes, subject to their own privacy practices and applicable law.
Service providers. With vendors that support our operations — customer relationship management, hosting, email and telephony, electronic signature and document storage — under obligations of confidentiality.
Legal and protective disclosures. Where required by law, regulation, subpoena or legal process, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Solas Funding, our clients or others.
Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

5. Telephone, email and text messaging

By providing a telephone number or email address you agree that Solas Funding may contact you about your enquiry and your application using the details you provide.

Where you separately and affirmatively opt in to receive text messages, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you may reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of obtaining funding or of purchasing any product or service. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes.

6. Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services and for the period required to satisfy legal, regulatory, accounting, audit and legitimate business record-keeping requirements, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorised access, use, alteration and disclosure, including access controls, encrypted transmission and restricted document storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Deletion. You may ask us to delete personal information, subject to our legal and record-keeping obligations.
Marketing opt-out. You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message, or reply STOP to marketing text messages.

10. Third-party sites

The Site may link to websites operated by others, including funding partners. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites, and we encourage you to review their policies.
